Soybean Oil Epoxidized is a synergist for mixed metal heat stabilizers in flexible PVC providing additional acid scavenging, improved light stability, and secondary plasticization. It can also be used as a plasticizer for PVC/PVA emulsions or as an acid scavenger for soy based ink compounds and makes an excellent grinding aid in pigment dispersions.
