Product Information
MaxiCuma®
MaxiCuma® is a specialized and clinically validated curcumin formulation that delivers 172 times more free curcumin in blood plasma.
Free curcumin refers to curcumin that is present in its unmodified, natural form, without being metabolized by the body. When curcumin is ingested, it undergoes metabolic processes in the body, leading to the formation of various metabolites such as glucuronides, sulfates, and tetrahydro curcumin, which being water soluble are easily eliminated from the body with no significant biological activity. Free curcumin remains unmetabolized leading to significantly superior absorption and therapeutic action.
Revolutionary LIMAN™ technology protects curcumin not only from gastrointestinal degradation but also from enzymatic degradation, thereby enhancing its bioavailability in the body. LIMAN™ technology also enhances the water solubility and bioavailability of curcumin, a hydrophobic (water-repelling) compound converting it into a water-soluble matrix which allows it to interact more effectively with aqueous (water-based) and sub-aqueous media.
MaxiCuma® has also been clinically proven to effectively reduce joint pain and improve joint function in smaller dosages of 100 mg. and 250 mg. per day in adults with mild to moderate osteoarthritis of the knee.
Xanthogreen™
A range of supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction (SCFE) extracted lutein esters, primarily used for vision and eye health. These lutein esters, found naturally in marigold flowers, are manufactured via a proprietary technology platform called SCEMOD™ (Super Critically Enabled Molecular Optimal Dispersion) for better absorption and bio efficacy, compared to conventional lutein esters.
A recently conducted randomized controlled clinical trial with Xanthogreen™ on 132 healthy subjects showed statistically significant improvement of MPOD (Macular Pigment Optical Density) at all measured angles (0.25, 0.5 & 1.0) in as little as four weeks.
These lutein esters are available in oil, powder, beadlets, and water dispersible powder form.
Gingeren™
A slow-release ginger extract containing gingerols that is long acting with five times the half-life of conventional ginger extracts making it ideal for low, one-a-day dose. Gingerols and other bioactives from ginger extracts undergo rapid metabolism and get eliminated from the body quickly. To obtain benefits from these bioactives, they need to be present in blood plasma for a minimum of eight hours.
Available in oil, powder, and water-soluble powder form, Gingeren™ is ideal for multiple applications.
