Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (WPC80 or Instant WPC80) - An ideal source of concentrated protein for a variety of applications containing no less than 80% protein. Available in Regular & Instant. Instant WPC 80 is instantized using lecithin, providing rapid dispersion with hand-stirring or shaking, creating a smooth drinking experience.

Whey Protein Isolate Clean Whey 90 (WPI Clean Whey 90) – Clean Whey 90 is a highly concentrated whey protein powder virtually free of fat and lactose and containing no less than 90% protein (on a dry basis). Our WPI Clean Whey 90 is instantized with lecithin to provide a superior protein powder experience.

Pre-Acidified Whey Protein Isolate (pre-acidified WPI) – A functional whey protein isolate designed specifically for high-acid clear beverage applications. It is derived from sweet dairy whey and is manufactured by proprietary acidification and filtration processes. Pre-acidified WPI offers many functional & processing benefits, including high heat and acid stability, high clarity and low turbidity in acid conditions, and clean flavor with low astringency.

Whey Protein Concentrate 34 (WPC34) – Obtained through ultrafiltration to a 34% protein content with a light cream color, clean flavor, and neutral aroma. The combination of dairy protein, carbohydrates, and high mineral content makes WPC34 an excellent nutritional fortifier. Standardized to 34% protein content, WPC34 is a suitable substitute for NFDM powder in many applications.

Micellar Casein Concentrate (MCC) is a micro-filtered milk protein that is a clean, pure dairy protein filtered directly from fresh Grade A milk that contains no less than 86% protein (on a dry basis). As an intact casein, micellar casein has many benefits with its clean flavor profile and optimized casein-to-whey protein ratio (95:5). Its functional benefits include superior emulsification compared to caseinates, exceptional heat stability, and low foam capability. Micellar casein has exceptional wetting properties and provides the needed structure to many dairy products, such as processed cheese and yogurt. It is considered a slow-digesting protein providing an extended release of amino acids and, in conjunction with the high micellar calcium content, makes it ideally suited for sports and adult nutrition products.

Lactose is the refined, crystallized natural sugar found in milk obtained from sweet whey. Sourced exclusively from mozzarella cheese, Leprino Nutrition’s lactose delivers a highly consistent, high-quality powder that fulfills a range of nutritional and functional needs. Lactose is free-flowing and easy to disperse and dissolve, making it an ideal bulking agent and viscosity builder in many food applications. It can also enhance color development during high-temperature baking via the Maillard browning reaction. Foodology by Univar Solutions will offer standard edible lactose in 40 and 100 mesh sizes.

Sweet whey is a minimally processed, gently dried whey powder comprised of whey protein and lactose. Made by spray-drying pasteurized whey, Leprino Nutrition’s sweet whey is an economical source of dairy solids containing at least 11% protein and boasting a clean flavor profile.

Sweet whey is commonly used to replace more costly dairy ingredients for applications such as dairy flavors and flavor enhancers. It is a bulking agent and an easy-to-disperse free-flowing carrier for powdered blends to enhance handling properties.
