SYLOID® 244, Technical Grade, Powder, 30 lb Bag
SYLOID® 244 is a fine particle size, synthetic amorphous silica appearing as a white, free-flowing powder. It acts as a matting agent, particularly in thin film coating systems and free-flow additive and imparts excellent surface smoothness to the coating film after adequate dispersion. SYLOID® is suitable for use in artificial and natural coatings, thin film coatings for plastic, thin film coatings for decorative plastic or paper foils and printing inks. This product has a strong affinity for moisture and also for organic based liquids.
