Triethylamine is a colorless to yellow liquid with an ammonia-like odor. It can be used as neutralization agent for anionic stabilized waterborne resins and also as a catalyst in the curing of epoxy and urethane systems. Triethylamine is mainly used in the production of quarternary ammonium compounds and as a processing aid in polymerization.
